I've spent my entire life in Northern Kentucky but I've always known I wasn't destined to be a city girl. Don't get me wrong, I'm proud of where I come from and on occasion (especially the holidays!), I love to go home and be dazzled by all the bright lights. But I'm the kind of girl who likes riding her horse over acres of roaming hills and fields with the wind blowing in her face, and that's the kind of thing you just can't find in my city. I've always been a complete book worm and I'm always on the hunt for my new favorite book. Huge fan of JK Rowling, Nicholas Sparks and Terry Goodkind.
I'm one of those girls who never outgrew her pony-stage. I had my first lesson when I was 7 and I haven't looked back since. I've tried almost every discipline there is but I'm always up for learning something new. I am currently a collegiate equestrian in my second year with IHSA. I love my team and there isn't anything I wouldn't do for them.

I intend to fill this blog with DIY crafts, recipes I've been dying to try, what I'm currently jamming to, my personal fashion favorites, Greek life galore, possibly some OOTD, and any good books I stumble upon.
